为了加快汽车轻量化领域青年人才培养,由中国汽车工程学会、汽车轻量化技术创新战略联盟联合主办,湖北博士隆科技股份有限公司独家赞助,定于2025年10月21-24日在第三十二届中国汽车工程学会年会暨展览会(SAECCE2025)期间举办“2025年博士隆杯-汽车轻量化优秀研究生论坛”(简称“研究生论坛”)。
研究生论坛将首次面向中国、日本、欧洲等高校、科研院所在校本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生等青年人才。旨在通过分享汽车轻量化领域新材料、新工艺、新结构、新工具、新装备等前沿技术、应用基础理论、研究方法和工程技术,加快汽车轻量化领域青年人才的培养,现通知如下:

二、研究生招募
研究生论坛将面向中国、日本、欧洲等国家和地区招募国内外汽车轻量化研究相关高校、科研院所等单位的在校本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生,针对本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生3个会场,各单位仅限选派1-2名代表做技术报告,其他学生可列席参加。
本次会议采用线上线下结合形式,部分国际学生可采取线上形式参与活动。
三、研讨议题
聚焦汽车轻量化领域新材料、新工艺、新结构、新工具、新装备及其在研究过程中采用新方法,形成的新观点、新理论、新路线等创新思路,具体内容包含但不限于:
1)轻量化创新材料:主要围绕汽车用(超)高强度钢、热成形钢、高性能铝合金、先进镁合金、工程塑料、纤维增强树脂基复合材料等开发及评价;
2)轻量化结构设计:主要围绕汽车产品轻量化结构设计、零部件关键性能模拟分析、车身CTC/CTB全新架构设计、一体化结构与功能集成设计等技术;
3)先进成形(型)工艺:汽车用(超)高强度钢、热成形钢、高性能铝合金、先进镁合金、工程塑料、纤维增强树脂基复合材料等材料成形(型)工艺及其模拟技术;
4)先进连接工艺:主要包含激光焊接、铆接、钢铝点焊等新型材料连接工艺设计及其模拟技术;
5)创新思路:主要包含研究生采用和发现新方法、新观点、新理论、新路线等创新思路。
四、论坛举办与评选形式
1)报告时间:报告采用PPT形式,报告时间25分钟/人,其中演讲20分钟,答疑5分钟;
2)评审形式:每个会场将邀请5位专家进行现场评审,含高校和科研机构、企业专家,评审标准见附件一;
3)奖项设置:本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生三组将分别评选出一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名,均颁发证书及奖金。其中,一等奖4000元;二等奖3000元;三等奖2000元。
五、评选及颁奖
2025年博士隆杯-汽车轻量化优秀研究生论坛评审结果将于第三十二届中国汽车工程学会年会暨展览会期间公布。
六、报名截止时间
1)本次活动不收取在校学生及其带队老师的参会费,参会人员的差旅费、住宿费均由其自行承担。

In order to accelerate the cultivation of young talents in the field of automotive lightweight the "2025 Graduate Student Forum" (referred to as "Graduate Student Forum") will be held during the 32nd Annual Conference of China Society of Automotive Engineers on October 21-24, 2025, which will be jointly organized by China Society of Automotive Engineers (China-SAE) and the China Auto Lightweight Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (CALA), and exclusively sponsored by Boshilong Technology Co., Ltd.
For the first time, the Graduate Student Forum will be open to young talents such as undergraduate students, master students and doctoral students in universities and research institutes in China, Japan and Europe. It aims to accelerate the cultivation of young talents in the field of automotive lightweighting by sharing the cutting-edge technologies, applied basic theories, research methods and engineering technologies such as new materials, new processes, new structures, new tools and new equipment in the field of automotive lightweighting, which is notified as follows:

II. Recruitment
The Forum will face China, Japan, Europe and other countries and regions to recruit domestic and foreign automotive lightweight research related universities, research institutes and other units of undergraduate, master's degree, doctoral students, for undergraduate, master's degree, doctoral students in three venues, each organization is limited to send 1-2 representatives to make a technical report, and other students can attend the meeting.
Students could participate in meetings online and offline, with some international students able to participate in the event online.
III. Topics
The conference will Focus on new materials, new processes, new structures, new tools, new equipment in the field of automotive lightweighting and their innovative ideas such as new viewpoints, new
theories, new routes, etc., formed by adopting new methodologies in the research process, the specific contents include but are not limited to:
(1) Lightweight innovative materials: mainly focusing on the development and evaluation of automotive (ultra-) high strength steel, hot forming steel , high-performance aluminum alloy, advanced magnesium alloy, engineering plastics, and fiber-reinforced resin matrix composites;
(2) Lightweight structural design: mainly focusing on the lightweight structural design of automotive products, simulation and analysis of key performance of components, design of new body CTC/CTB architecture, integrated structure and function integration design and other technologies;
(3) advanced forming process: automotive (super) high-strength steel, hot-forming steel, high-performance aluminum alloys, advanced magnesium alloys, engineering plastics, fiber-reinforced resin matrix composites and other materials forming (type) process and its simulation technology;
(4) Advanced forming process: mainly contains laser welding, riveting, steel and aluminum spot welding and other new materials connection process design and its simulation technology;
(5) Innovative Ideas: It mainly contains innovative ideas of graduate students adopting and discovering new methods, new ideas, new theories, new routes and so on.
IV. Forum organization and selection format
(1) Time: the report is in PPT form, and the reporting time is 25 minutes/person, including 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A;
(2) Evaluation form: each venue will invite five experts to conduct on-site evaluation, including experts from universities and research institutions, and the evaluation criteria are listed in Annex I;
(3) Prizes: One first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes will be awarded to undergraduates, master's degree students and doctoral degree students in the three groups, all of which will be awarded with certificates and prizes. Among them, the first prize is 4,000 RMB; the second prize is 3,000 RMB; and the third prize is 2,000 RMB.
V. Selection and awarding of prizes
The evaluation results of the 2025 Boshilong- Automotive Lightweight Excellent Graduate Student Forum will be announced during the 32nd Annual Conference and Exhibition of the China Society of Automotive Engineers.
VI. Deadline for registration
(1) This event does not charge participation fees for school students and their lead teachers, and participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.
